CATIOS
Have you recently lost a cat in a road traffic accident, or maybe your cat just didn't come home one day, maybe you had a house cat that escaped through an open window and was never seen again, then it sounds like you need a Catio. - A Catio is an enclosure that is fixed to the outside of your home, or free standing in your garden allowing your cat to play safely outside in the fresh air.

Of all the Catios installed worldwide we feel that nothing beats the Catio shown in the picture below. In our view this is the gold standard Catio design that everyone should aspire to, it is big enough for the cats and their owner to enjoy the space together, and both can easily go in and out as they choose, it encompasses a cat flap as well as double doors for easy access and maintenance - We feel that this is the standard we should all aspire to.
The Catio shown below is one of ours made for a customer who wanted a free standing Catio measuring 12 feet long x 6ft wide x 6ft tall with a full height door as the customer had mobility issues and this allowed him to sit inside the Catio with his cats spending time together without any risk of loss. This Catio could just as easily have been fixed to the customers home if required and still can be in the future.
Often our customers hardest decision is not the size of their Catio it is deciding which type of door to fit. - If your cat is an escape artist you might choose our one meter high "step over" door but if you have any mobility issues you might prefer our full height door to avoid bending over when entering.

As standard all our Catios and Aviaries are supplied with a flat roofing made with mesh - however, in July 2022 a customer in Hampshire asked us to produce a 9ft x 6ft x 6ft Catio but the roof needed to slope to accommodate opening a window to give the cats. access to the house. This meant we needed to provide two triangular wire frames for the sides to create the shape required. The Catio was assembled by us on site in just a few hours and will now last for many years to come.
WE CAN PAINT OUR ALUMINUM FRAMES ANY RAL COLOUR
Our aluminum frames come as standard unpainted but for a small extra charge of £20 for a frame and £30 for a door we can stove enamel the frames in any colour. That being said every customer for over two years has opted for unpainted anyway but the second most popular finish is RAL 9005 Jet Black.
ADD A SPLASH OF COLOUR.
Our catios can also easily be painted any RAL colour to enhance your environment.
YOU CAN PLAN FOR FUTURE EVENTS.
An important benefit of our frames is that you can dis-assemble them, so if required you can easily move them to a new location and
then reassemble them yourself without any special tools or training and as often as you like, so if you are moving home you can take your
Catio with you or store it "flat pack" for when you need it again if not in use.
